With 25+ years of teaching experience, including a decade focused on educational technology and AI, I’ve built a practice around one core belief: anyone can learn to use technology confidently when the training is practical, visual, and grounded in how adults actually learn.
My background is a little unconventional for the tech world: a Master of Education, a Fine Arts degree, a Graphic Design diploma, and certifications in Entrepreneurship and Generative AI. This blend of training means your AI learning feels clear, visual, and most importantly, human; it will never be like reading a manual!
